Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, custom-made items, clearance products, gift cards, and used items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos for fast resolution.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at sales@thecalmatelier.store with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping details.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order after your return is approved.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
